Orchidist is operated by Gamechangers Consulting LLC. We want you to love the Service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase of an Orchidist Pro subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all Orchidist orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Contact us through the Service and we will help facilitate the request with Paddle.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer.
Subscription cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future billing; you keep Pro access until the end of your current paid period. Cancelling does not automatically issue a refund for the current period — request a refund using the steps above if you are within the 30-day window.
